Sony Entertainment is about to release another PlayStation 3 video game. It is an action-adventure game that will truly keep you on the move and will keep you thinking on what techniques must be carried out to succeed in the game. It is called Uncharted 2: Among Thieves which is about to be released on the 3rd week of October 2009.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is the sequel of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune which was release two years ago. If you were able to play ‘Drake’s Fortune’ then you definitely have an idea of it’s story.

This video game has actually been developed and improved. With this game, online multiplayer is very much possible. And if you are a subscriber of Qore, then you can surely access it.

The graphics are much better now since Naughty Dog maximized the usage of the so-called Cell’s SPUs. With this Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, it is more realistic and have better animations.

Who will ever forget the game Mario Bros? It was developed in the year 1983 which later on had a sequel game called Super Mario Bros. Before games like Warcraft were developed, there’s Mario Bros. This game once dominated the world of kids.

In this game, the Mario brothers have an objective to rescue the princess. Everyone just enjoyed Mario’s journey. So, how is this game played? First, you are going to take the role of Mario (or Luigi if it is set at 2 players). Then, the player will travel through the so-called Mushroom Kingdom and must defeat all enemies along the way. At the end of each level, the player must defeat the dragon. Sometimes it is a bit disappointing when you thought you have successfully rescued the princess but then the message which say “Thank You, Mario. But the princess is in another castle” appears on your screen. And then, your journey continues.

This game has continuously evolved. From very simple graphics to more sophisticated ones. Mario Bros. is one of the best selling video games in the world of all time.

Sony did it! America is now taken by the PS3 Slim having the highest increase in sales this week. It has been reported that due to the launching of Playstation 3 Slim, overall sales in PS3 have been very impressive. VGChartz shows that the sales of PS3 are up 104% compared to last week, with 75,931 units sold, doubling last week’s 37,167 units. Perhaps the $299 price is responsible for this positive response from customers.

As for the Xbox 360, there was a 32% increase in sales from last week, with Microsoft managing to shift 74,689 units. A close competitor in 3rd place is Nintendo Wii which sold 74,245 units this week.

As Christmas season coming fast, it will be very interesting to keep track of this sales race.

I can recall how my friends go crazy playing with this game (I am referring to the older versions of Warcraft). The game ‘World of Warcraft’ was actually first launched in the year 2004. Millions and millions of kids, teens and even adults are becoming a part of the game addicts. No wonder why Blizzard Entertainment is even more encouraged to create and innovate the game for the satisfaction of the players.

There were millions of subscribers of the first Warcraft. In fact, it has been reported that it earned more than 11 million dollars. Another release of the game called ”World of Warcraft: The Wrath of the Lich King” also earned millions in just 24 hours of release. I can just imagine the countless number of people hurrying to have a copy. Of all the PC games, ”World of Warcraft: The Wrath of the Lich King” is considered as the “Best Single-day seller”. However, the release in 2007 called ”The Burning Crusade” only made 2.4 million copies in 24 hours compared to The Wrath of the Lich King’s 2.8 million copies. Well, that number is still not bad.

Now, what do the players (or the fans) can expect from Cataclysm? Aside from the new characters introduced here (like the werewolf race), the player is now given an option to raise the level of his character to 85.

Surely, the competing game creators will continuously search for new improvements on their part just to ‘be in the game’ of business.
