Usually I’m giving you some tips on how to date hot
girls or improve yourself, make more money, and things
like that.

But, I’ve got to say, sometimes I get really frustrated and
angry when things aren’t working the way I want.

I mean I get really angry to the point where its stupid.

Because the truth is, I know I control my life. And my
life is what I make of it.

And its the same for you.

So, the truth is, the way out of the frustration for you and
for me is to actually help other people out.

As odd as it seems… that’s the bottom line..

When you do that you’ll gain more money, hotter women,

But, sometimes, its just easy to feel so absolutely alone..
like you’re solo and no one gets it.

And no one cares…

The truth is, you’re not… well… even if you think you are.

There is someone else out there like me who has or is
going through the same thing.

When you feel alone, its a scary place. Because really, you
are shut down… dying inside, almost..

And you’re definitely NOT at your best…

and you’re not attracting ANYTHING good.

So, I would say, if you are feeling that way, like I am now,
the best thing to do is to break out of it by doing something
for someone else.

I’m trying to do that now. Just emailing this out, and hoping
that someone is understanding they’re not alone.. if they’re

There may be times wherein you have petty conversations about marriage or perhaps both of you lived together for years. However, it is still good that you will keep her guessing. So you must still plan it.

Another style is to ask her like she doesn’t have any choice at all. I’m not saying that you threaten her or blackmail her. But make her feel that you can’t live without her and so you want to live for the rest of your life with her.

However, there are ways so that it will be easier for you to break the news to the person you once love. Here are the steps that you should take:

1. Don’t do it slowly because it will just hurt longer.

The more that you will keep it to yourself that you are not inlove with the person, it will hurt the more. It will be more painful for the other party if you will take it slow.

2. Have a personal private talk

Don’t breakup with the person over email, over the phone or whatever gadget you’ll be using. It is best to do it personally. Have a private talk and be decent enough to face her.

3. Express that you still care.
The romantic relationship will end but assure the person that you still care. But don’t make the other person expect too much. Don’t continue to hook up with the person always. And if you don’t feel like being friends with her, then don’t give assurance of keeping the friendship. It is more painful if you will eventually avoid him/her.

4. Don’t point finger to anyone.
Be sure that once you decided to end the relationship, you have already reflected the right reasons. Don’t blame anyone for the breakup. Don’t even say the old line “It’s not you, it’s me”, because it has been used a thousand times! It’s not an effective line.

The research shows that after a man spends time with an attractive woman he performs less well in tests designed to measure brain function than when he chats with those he doesn’t find attractive. Do genes have something to do with this? Well, we’re already aware that even the smartest guy can get dumb and tongue-twisted when talking to an attractive woman, but what’s the scientific explanation for this?

Psychologists at Radboud University in The Netherlands carried out the study after one of them got so stuck at trying to impress the attractive woman he was talking to that he forgot his own address after the woman asked him where he lived.

To see if other men are affected the same way, they recruited 40 male heterosexuals students. First, the volunteers took a standard memory test where they have to observe a stream of letters, and say as fast as possible, if each one was the same as the one before last. After the test, the volunteers then spent seven minutes chatting with the male and female members of the research team before taking the test again.

The results showed men are slower and less accurate after trying to impress the women they were talking to. The more they fancied them, the worse their score.

When the task was repeated by female volunteers, the results were different. Memory scores stayed the same , whether they chatted to a man or a woman.

The researchers concluded that men’s cognitive functioning may temporarily decline after an interaction with attractive women. One psychologist said when a man meets a pretty woman, he is what we call ‘reproductively focused’. A woman on the other hand, looks for signs of other attributes like wealth, youth and kindness.

Some men think that going direct and clarifying your intention to a woman works well and fast. It works for some, but bad for many. First, let’s simplify things. Approaching women because you like her is different from approaching her just so you could get laid.

If we talk about the first one, direct approach may be okay. And you have to prove for the rest of the night that you like her for who she is and not just for her body or money, with a long-term relationship in mind. This situation usually ends the night with a goodnight kiss and not getting naked.

The second part is more complicated. It’s like playing a game and all games are based on agreements. So first, both of you must agree that you are players of the same game and that both of you want to play this game. Some men choose to go direct on this part for faster result and less effort. It works okay but could create more damages. It could blow your chance of getting the goal and could ruin your social reputation. Better to just stay polite, go slowly in a subtle way.
